Before beginning your therapeutic journey, it’s important to feel comfortable and confident in your choice. That’s why I offer a free initial consultation—an opportunity for us to connect, discuss your concerns, and determine if my approach aligns with your needs. This 15-minute phone or video call is a space for you to share a bit of your story, ask questions, and explore what you’re looking for in therapy. There is no commitment—just an open and supportive conversation to help you take the first step at your own pace.

Individual Therapy

Personalized Healing for Women

Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and my approach is based on collaboration and empowerment. I work with women aged 16 and older, creating a safe space for self-discovery and healing. Together, we will explore the areas you wish to prioritize, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and develop strategies that foster growth and resilience. Using a combination of Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, somatic techniques, and creative expression, I help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, unhealthy relationship patterns, and challenges with body image. You have the autonomy to guide your process, ensuring that every step aligns with your comfort and goals.

There is incredible strength in shared experiences. While I am not currently leading a women’s therapy group, this may change if there is enough interest. Group therapy provides a space for women to connect, share, and heal in a supportive and understanding environment.
